About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Handle personnel administration including employee files, contracts, and records in compliance with labor law.

Manage social insurance and medical insurance processes, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely updates.

Track employees attendance, leaves, and vacations while ensuring proper documentation.

Prepare and process employees onboarding and offboarding documentation.

Update and maintain HR systems and personnel databases.
-
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and personnel data.
-
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
-
Prepare periodic personnel reports for management.
-
Coordinate with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, etc.) when needed.

Provide HR administrative support for internal staff.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree.
-
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Personnel or HR Administration.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and personnel regulations.

Very good command of English (written & spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR systems.
-
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
-
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
