About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple outsourcing services (Payroll, Recruitment, Accounting, Cybersecurity, AI, and Serviced Offices).

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Conduct market research to identify new leads, potential industries, and partnership opportunities.

Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to address client needs.

Present and pitch services effectively to decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor competitors, market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in outsourcing services, HR, IT solutions, or professional services.

Strong knowledge of sales tools & navigators (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, etc.).

Experience in selling services (not products) with a track record of closing high-value deals.

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong understanding of the outsourcing and professional services market in Egypt and the region is a plus.
