Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, or related fields.
  • SAP FICO Expertise:
    • FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Special Ledger.
    • CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders.
    • Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP.
  • Experience:
    • 7–15 years in SAP FICO, including full-cycle implementations.
    • Leadership in team/project environments.
    • S/4HANA Finance experience is a major advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
    • RICEFW, SAP configuration, data migration, Fiori familiarity.
    • Financial compliance knowledge (IFRS, GAAP), basic ABAP debugging.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Team leadership, communication, stakeholder management.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Certifications: SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance.
  • Execute and oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Provide expert support and ensure smooth system operation.
  • Optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
  • Serve as main contact for FICO matters; lead communication and training.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain proper documentation.
  • Stay current with SAP innovations and help shape the organizations FICO roadmap.
