Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a Junior Network Analyst – French & English Account to join our support team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support requests from hotel guests and hotel staff members while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from hotel guests and hotel staff members professionally and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely manner.
Create and manage support tickets using internal systems according to company standards and procedures.
Resolve tickets based on company policies and properly escalate issues when necessary.
Handle email communication with clients when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional company image.
Adhere to attendance policies and operational procedures.
Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and KVIs.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Stay updated on changing technologies and company policies.
Attend training sessions and development programs organized by the company.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluency in French is mandatory.
Good command of the English language.
0–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to work night shifts according to American time zones.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
No hearing difficulties that may affect call handling performance.

Salary: 25K Gross
Working Days: 5 Days per Week
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Shift
